Christmas Contest • Ho-Ho-Holy Orbs



After so many adventures throughout the year, Dually and Litty are ready to fill themselves with the Christmas spirit and they want you to join them ❄️💙
This time, our beloved mascots have decided that creativity will be the star, so they invite you to participate in a new contest where you must create TWO ornaments inspired by a Tibia creature so they can be hung on their Christmas tree.


GENERAL RULES

  1. The competition begins on the server save of 15 December 2025 and entries will be accepted until the server save of 09 January 2026 (10:00 CET).

  2. Your mission will be to create two Christmas balls (BY YOURSELF) and decorate them with a theme inspired by an existing Tibia creature WITHOUT LOSING their round shape. (The balls can be purchased, but they must be manually decorated or modified by you.)
    Valid Example: You can use a ball you bought or create one from scratch, but you must manually decorate it with the creature theme you choose.
    Invalid Example: Buying a decorated ball or attaching ready made ornaments without making modifications.

  3. Each Christmas ball must represent one existing creature in Tibia, so you must create 2 balls inspired by 2 different creatures. IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS please ask in the #preguntas-questions channel in the Tibia Duality Discord.


  4. You may decorate your Christmas balls however you like, but they MUST NOT lose their original round shape.

  5. The balls must be hand painted or manually decorated. You may use any type of material to decorate them but the use of printed or digital material is NOT allowed (3d printers, laser printers or any machine that does the work for you).

  6. Your Christmas ornaments or balls MUST be able to hang. The ribbon, string, hanger, thread, or hook must be visible in the final photos.
  7. Tibia Duality reserves the right to use or publish the entries on our social networks, website and more.

  8. Your entry cannot contain explicit violence, sexual content or racist content.

  9. Entries must be posted in the "entradas-entry" channel of the Tibia Duality Discord .

  10. You must upload ONLY 4 photos of the process and 2 photos of the final product for a total of 6 photos for your entry to be valid (If your entry does not contain the exact number and type of photos requested it will be invalid). You may optionally record a video showing your entry.

  11. All 6 photos must include a HANDMADE sign with the phrase "Ho-Ho-Holy Orbs - Tibia Duality 2025". (Please DO NOT INCLUDE your character name.)

  12. Your entry in discord must include the following information: Your character name and Server.

  13. To participate, your character must be level 150+ and have at least 100 achievement points.

  14. Your character CANNOT be hidden on tibia.com during the event. If your character is hidden when you post your entry or during the contest your entry will be invalid.

  15. The use of multiple accounts is PROHIBITED.

  16. You may present your Christmas balls however you wish but the scene will not be considered when judging.

  17. Participants may send as many entries as they want but can only win ONE prize in the podium.
    (PLEASE: Remember that if you send multiple entries only ONE will be chosen to pass to the semifinalists. Keep this in mind because it could prevent your preferred entry from being selected.)

  18. Your entry must be created specifically for this contest. The use of previous works or elements from previous contests is not allowed.

  19. Tibia Duality staff is not allowed to participate in this contest.

  20. The Tibia Duality administrator will react with an emoji to the entries until 1 day before the deadline. This way participants will know if their entry was accepted or not and why. (Please note that if you send your entry incorrectly during the last hours you may not have time to fix it.)

  21. Entries that do not meet all the rules will not be accepted WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT post at the last minute because you may not have time to fix your entry if it has an error. We do not want to leave out any work due to lack of time to correct it.

REMEMBER: Your entry must be made by you and exclusively for the Tibia Duality contest.

IMPORTANT: Tibia Duality reserves the right to disqualify participants in cases of plagiarism, copying, purchasing the product or any suspicion of rule violation.

NOTE: To avoid controversy and discussions between participants, any message that is not respectful, does not contribute something constructive or generates conflict will be DELETED from the channel. This also includes negative or rude emojis or reactions to messages or entries from other players. We want to build a community with mutual respect and peaceful communication. Repeating this behavior may result in a permanent ban from the Tibia Duality Discord.

WINNER SELECTION

The Tibia Duality staff will select 10 semi finalists to send to the Admin Forum of various Fansites. There they will vote to choose the 5 finalists who will then be sent to Cipsofts Community Managers who will select the top 3 winners.

    What are we going to evaluate

  1. The creativity and originality of your Christmas balls.

  2. The connection between your entry and Tibia and Christmas.

  3. The manual work shown during the process the more the better.

  4. The final aesthetics of your Christmas balls.

  5. Compliance with all rules mentioned above.



IMPORTANT: Using expensive materials does not guarantee a place on the podium. Our main mission in the contests is to encourage player creativity.

REMEMBER: To choose the winners your entry will be evaluated in 3 DIFFERENT voting stages by more than 10 or 15 people in total each with different tastes and preferences.

    First Place: Golden Trophy of Excellence + Rune emblem of your choice + Choose between Duality Doll , Yellow Rose and Nightmare Doll .

    Second Place: Silver Trophy of Excellence + Rune emblem of your choice + Choose between the 2 remaining items.

    Third Place: Bronze Trophy of Excellence + Rune emblem of your choice + Final Item.
